What are the shipping costs?
Just like choosing your formation, we have three shipping options to fit your strategy. The Basic option, at €1.95, is like a quick pass—simple but effective, though it doesn’t include tracking. For more control, the Standard option at €4.95 is your go-to, giving you tracking just like keeping an eye on the ball. For full coverage and peace of mind, the Premium option, at €6.45, offers Track and Trace—think of it as having a defender on every angle.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is on its way, you will receive a tracking number by email. This way, you can follow your order, just like watching the ball head toward the goal.
Returns
Can I return my order?
No problem, sometimes you miss the target. You have 14 days to return your phone case to our stadium: Het Hogeland 7, Benningbroek. Please let us know via email at info@footytoons.com before you send it back.
Who covers the return shipping costs?
Just like committing a foul, the return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend packaging the item securely and sending it with insurance.

What if my product is damaged upon arrival?
Injuries are never fun! If your phone case arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging at info@footytoons.com, and we’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
